  • Help keep your community looking good by cutting your lawn and picking up trash.
  • Don’t park in the streets, try to park in your garage or in the driveway.
  • Remember people use the side walks, so try to keep your vehicle pulled forward in the driveway to allow use of the sidewalk.
  • Lawn Care: Weeds grow faster than grass. Weeds remove the nutrients from the soil the grass needs and weeds choke out the grass. Use a broad leaf weed killer now to kill the weeds and use a fertilizer and lime to replenish the soils nutrients. Grass needs water so water your lawn as needed.
  • Signage – “For Sale” signs (18″ X 18″) may be placed in the front yard of most covenants, but “For Rent” or “For Lease” or “Lease Purchase” signs can only be placed in the window of the home, which is approved by most board of directors. All other signage must be approved by the ARB. Submit a letter or email describing your request.
